Everything here is general information about how I work, not advice for your specific business. Case results are real, anonymized, and describe past engagements. They are not a promise of what will happen for you.

Engagements

Any actual work is governed by a written agreement we both sign. That agreement controls scope, fee, term, and confidentiality. Nothing on this site changes it.

Refunds

The thirty-day refund offer on this site applies to the first month of a retainer, on request, no questions asked. Performance engagements are priced case by case and their terms live in the signed agreement.
